RSVP - Awards Banquet November 17

Just a reminder to RSVP for the awards banquet which will be Monday, November 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Robinson Building at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Preston, Idaho.  Please RSVP by November 7.

The top 5 in each division will be receiving awards that night.  We also have a gift to give to EVERY member - a free jacket!  Make sure you RSVP to the banquet and come that night so you can receive your free member jacket as provided by our yearly sponsors.  There will also be door prizes handed out to those at the banquet!!  Also, each youth member will receive an award (regardless of points or standings) if they are present at the jackpot.

Members will get their meals for FREE.  Non-members will be charged $5 at the door per plate. Meat and potatoes will be provided. In order to maintain low costs for our members and their families, please bring the following potluck meal contribution to the banquet to share:

Stateline Awards Banquet

Mark your calendars! The Stateline Jackpot Association awards banquet will be Monday, November 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Robinson Building at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Preston, Idaho.

Members will get their meals for free!! Non-members will be charged $5 at the door. Meat and potatoes will be provided. In order to maintain low costs for our members and their families, please bring the following potluck meal contribution to the banquet to share:

Jackets will be available at the banquet. Awards will also be presented at this time. (I apologize for not getting the FINALIZED points out to everyone; I am dotting every "i" and crossing every "t" to make sure everything is perfect and no one gets cheated. They WILL BE DONE TOMORROW IF IT KILLS ME.) If you cannot attend the banquet to receive your jacket/award, please inform us of another person that will be picking up your jacket/award, or make other arrangements to pick these items up after the banquet.

Every youth member will get an award!!! Make sure that youth members and their families come to the banquet to receive their jackets and awards.

**We do need a fairly accurate count for the meat and potatoes that will be provided. Please email statelinejackpot@gmail.comwith your member name and total people that will be attending the banquet so we can have an accurate meal count.

Lewiston Results 10-06

Below are the results from last night's barrel race in Lewiston.  When you see Kim & Ellis Layne, please give them a HUGE thank you for getting the arena ready for the barrel race.  They put HOURS of their own time over the entire weekend into getting the mud and water out of the arena and ready to run last night.  Considering the amount of rain we have received in the last two weeks, the arena was fantastic.  Stateline appreciates all the hard work that was put in by the Laynes to make the arena possible to hold our last jackpot last night.  

Also thank you to the arena help last night - Callie Smith & family for showing up early to help stake the arena, Jill Wanner for announcing and taking money, Jamie Hess, Brandi Warren, and Randy Wanner for their dying dedication to helping set barrels, poles, and man the gates, and to everyone else that pitched in to help throughout the night.  Without all the volunteers for this association, we wouldn't be able to hold these jackpots.

Points will be updated and finalized later this week.  The date, time, and location will also be set for the banquet and sent out.

Sponsorships - Jacket Sponsors

Now's the time to get your sponsors for the awards banquet. For every $50 sponsor you get, one ticket for that member will be put into a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to IFA. If you get $100 worth of sponsors, your name will go on two tickets, etc. The following are the amounts to be each sponsor:

*Sponsors = $50 (gives that member 1 ticket per $50 donated into the drawing)
*Buckle Sponsors = $125 (the sponsor will be able to attend the banquet and present the buckle to the receiving member, plus the member gets 2 tickets into the drawing)
*Jacket Sponsors = $300 (the sponsor's name/company name will be on the front side of the sweatshirt, plus 6 tickets for the member into the drawing)

All of the sponsors will be appreciated at the awards banquet. Please bring the sponsorship donations to either the Preston jackpot or get in touch with Nicole for more information.

**Jacket sponsors will need to be received by October 17 to have their company name/logo on the jackets.

**We are tentatively planning on holding the banquet on November 17 in the Robinson Building at the Preston fairgrounds.
