Please remember that if you wish to become a member (or have already paid to be a member) we need a membership form from you, signed and filled out completely!! Members only need to fill out the form once.
If you are a nonmember running with our association, we need a nonmember form signed AT EACH JACKPOT that you attend.
We are missing quite a few addresses from Lewiston last Monday. We are holding the checks because we don't know where to send them!! If you did NOT fill out a nonmember form last Monday at Lewiston and you are a nonmember that won a check, please send us your mailing address through email to statelinejackpot@gmail.com so you can get your money! Otherwise, the check(s) will be available at the next jackpot in Preston.
